This piece features the official Historic Charleston Foundation backstamp on the underside, authenticating it as a high-quality historical reproduction of early Chinese export porcelain. The jar features a classic Chinoiserie landscape scene complete with pavilions, bridges, mountains, and birds, rendered in a beautiful deep cobalt blue against a crisp white porcelain ground. Mark from the 1990s by Vista Alegre, Portugal. Measures 9" tall x 8 1/4" wide. Excellent condition. See less
