Striking matched pair of sculptural table lamps by Pablo Designs, San Francisco, each retaining the original “Pablo San Francisco” maker’s label.
These substantial 24.5-inch lamps feature an architectural rectangular form constructed from thick clear acrylic/Lucite surrounding translucent frosted panels. Each lamp contains two concealed light sources at the base, directing illumination upward through the frosted panels and producing a beautiful diffused glow.
The combination of transparent polished edges and softly illuminated panels creates an almost floating effect. When lit, the lamps become dramatic illuminated sculptures; when turned off, their clean geometric construction gives them a sophisticated minimalist presence.
Pablo Designs was founded in San Francisco by industrial designer Pablo Pardo and is known for innovative modern lighting emphasizing simplicity, material and the quality of light.
An especially attractive matched pair, ideal for flanking a console, credenza, sofa, bed or entryway. Their restrained architectural design complements Modern, Minimalist, Contemporary and Postmodern interiors.

Good pre-owned condition with age-appropriate wear. The clear acrylic shows scattered surface scratches, marks and a few small cracks/stress fractures, primarily around the upper edges, as documented in the photographs. These imperfections are visible upon close inspection but the pair retains an impressive overall presentation. Both lamps are structurally intact and illuminate as photographed. The lamps currently have different bulb types installed, accounting for the slightly different color temperature visible in some illuminated photographs. Please review all photographs carefully for additional condition details.
