Made … Read more Vintage Ercol dining set featuring a Model 377 drop-leaf table with four Model 823 Penn ladder back dining chairs. Made in England, the set showcases Ercol’s signature mix of sculptural utility and warm natural materials, with a beautifully figured blonde elm tabletop and light beech/ash frame construction.

The drop-leaf table is especially practical for smaller dining areas, apartments, breakfast rooms, or flexible spaces. Both leaves can be raised for dining or lowered when not in use, while the crossed stretcher base gives the table a distinctive architectural profile.

The four Model 823 chairs feature tall ladder backs with gently shaped horizontal rails, turned upright posts, and classic Ercol proportions. The set has a lighter blonde finish, giving it a fresher and more contemporary look than the darker Old Colonial examples often seen. Each chair has been refurbished with new foam and premium wool and flax blend by Camira Fabrics.

A charming and highly functional vintage Ercol dining set with excellent presence, ideal for everyday use while retaining the warmth and character of mid-century English design.
