Offered is a mid 20th Century, circa 1970s Pottery Craft brand stoneware decanter with a cork stopper. Resembling a Genie bottle, it can also be used as a vase.
Key artists that designed for Treasure Craft, which became Pottery Craft, included Robert Maxwell, Ray Murray, and Don Winton. This decanter resembles the collection of vessels and objects designed by Maxwell, however, he was only affiliated with Treasure Craft for 6 months while the company underwent changes and continued to produce pieces inspired by his original designs.
Measures: 7.5" W x 7.5" D x 8.5" H (without the cork stopper), and has a flat round base that is 4.5" diameter.
