Striking vintage sculptural table lamp featuring a detailed bird perched on a naturalistic tree trunk, paired with an ornate scalloped fabric shade trimmed in abundant looped fringe.
The lamp has a wonderfully theatrical Hollywood Regency character, with a warm antiqued gold-tone finish throughout the sculptural base. The tree trunk rises organically from a substantial square plinth with sculpted root details, while a detailed bird rests on a branch midway up the trunk.
The accompanying shade is particularly distinctive, featuring a softly flared scalloped silhouette, delicate tonal floral-patterned fabric, decorative braided trim, and a full skirt of long looped fringe. Together, the sculptural metalwork and elaborate shade create a dramatic vintage silhouette with a distinctly romantic, maximalist feel.
A fantastic statement lamp for a Hollywood Regency, Mid-Century Modern, French-inspired, eclectic, maximalist, or Palm Beach-style interior.

Good vintage condition with expected signs of age and use. The lamp retains its original vintage character, including variations and wear to the antiqued gold-tone finish. The shade shows age-appropriate wear and minor discoloration/spotting to the fabric, with some variations in the fringe consistent with age. Please review all photographs closely for the best representation of condition.
