A striking pair of late-20th-century swivel lounge chairs featuring sculptural, low-slung silhouettes and round metal pedestal bases. Their streamlined profiles, high angled backs, and gently curved seats reflect the futuristic Space Age aesthetic and make an impressive statement from every angle.
The chairs are upholstered in a soft cream-colored material believed to be vinyl or leather; the exact material and manufacturer have not been verified. Each chair rotates on a substantial circular metal base. Their neutral coloring and architectural form would complement a Mid-Century Modern, Space Age, contemporary, or Hollywood Regency interior.
Ideal as a conversational seating pair in a living room, media room, bedroom, office, or lounge. Sold together as a pair.
Please review all photographs and condition information carefully. These are vintage, pre-owned chairs and show age-related wear consistent with prior use.

Both chairs remain usable, and the circular metal bases feel substantial and sturdy. The swivel mechanisms function; however, both chairs have some looseness or play and may wiggle or rock slightly when occupied. Servicing or tightening the mechanisms is recommended for optimal stability. The cream upholstery shows light creasing and general surface wear. No major holes, open tears, or large cracks were observed. Both chairs and the metal bases appear to have been painted previously and show an off-white finish that may vary slightly from the upholstery color. The bases would benefit from refinishing or removal of the existing paint, depending on the buyer’s preference. These chairs are being offered in their present vintage condition and have not been professionally restored. Please examine all photographs, particularly the upholstery, bases, and swivel components, as they form part of the condition description. *Please note that this is a vintage, pre-owned item and is not brand new. Vintage pieces have been previously used and may show age-appropriate wear, including scratches, scuffs, small chips, discoloration, finish variations, fading, patina, repairs, or other imperfections. These signs of age are part of each item’s history, character, and unique charm. We make every effort to photograph and describe notable condition issues accurately. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are considered an important part of the description. By purchasing a vintage item, you acknowledge and appreciate that natural wear and minor imperfections are expected. Vintage items are sold in their current condition. less
