The blue sheen results are obtained by a chemical patination technique applied directly to the bronze, and the inlays feature cranes in flight and are iridescent gold and silver on the surface of the vase.
There is some light scratching to the surface paint along the rim and a tiny bit of wear to the neck of a crane, which can be seen very close up or under magnification. This is appropriate for age and use, and there are no dents to the metal. The base is unmarked.
