Unusual and striking vintage floor-standing garment and accessory stand featuring an elegant brass upper section paired with a substantial white-painted metal column and exceptionally decorative metal base.
Standing an impressive 77 inches tall, the stand is crowned by a sculptural pineapple-form brass finial. Gracefully curved brass arms extend to either side and incorporate multiple individual hooks, offering ample space for garments, scarves, handbags, hats or other accessories.
The elaborate white-painted metal base is an especially beautiful feature, with symmetrical scrolling foliate forms and decorative medallion details. Despite its graceful appearance, this is an exceptionally substantial piece, weighing approximately 22 pounds and providing excellent stability.
With its tall, slender proportions, aged brass finish and ornate white base, this distinctive piece would be particularly striking in a dressing room, bedroom, large walk-in closet, entry hall or boutique setting.

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear consistent with use. The white-painted metal base and center column show scattered paint loss, scuffs and surface wear. There are areas of oxidation/surface rust, primarily at the ends of several feet, as well as a vertical scrape/scuff to the painted finish on the center column. The brass retains an attractive aged patina. The stand is structurally substantial and sturdy. Please review photographs for additional condition details.
