The elegant kidney-shaped top is outlined with beautifully figured satinwood, with matching decorative banding framing the curved drawer fronts. Additional details include fine beaded molding, carved ornamentation around the kneehole, slender tapered legs and decorative brass drop pulls.

Five drawers provide useful storage, including four curved side drawers and a center drawer. The drawers feature traditional dovetailed construction and solid wood interiors.

The desk is finished on the sides as well, giving it an attractive profile from multiple angles. Its graceful proportions make it equally suitable as a writing desk, bedroom desk, dressing table or vanity.

Condition:
Vintage condition with age-related wear. The top and front present very nicely. The decorated back has some unevenness/wear to the old finish, as shown in the photos. One lower drawer pull is missing its hanging drop; the original backplate remains. Please review all photos for condition.
