Traditional British prints, traditional Staffordshire Earthenware with UK clays and European glazes, made by Churchill in Stoke-On-Trent England
This is a beautiful and highly detailed plate from Royal Wessex, and it's one of the harder-to-find patterns. Stagecoach features a fully-loaded coach with bugler pulled by 4 horses, a quaint cottage, the church tower and stone bridge.
I have been collecting blue & white plates for 20+ years, most of them coming from a source in Europe (back when the postage was still affordable). I'm very picky about condition and quality, and he never disappointed.
Somewhere along the way, I decided to use only plates and platters with horses, so the others I had been collecting are no longer needed. This is one of the 20+ plates and platters for sale -- be sure to look at my other listings if you're a blue & white fan, as I am.
