The Porcelain: The main body of the vase features a traditional baluster shape and is painted with intricate, vibrant blue and white scrolling lotus and vine motifs (typical of Ming/Qing styles).

The Metalwork: The piece is heavily accented with ornate, gold-toned (likely gilt brass or bronze) metal mountings.
