An exceptional American antique dresser jar from the renowned Gorham Manufacturing Company, dating to the early 20th century (circa 1910). This elegant vanity piece features a heavy sterling silver lid beautifully ornamented with a delicate, un-monogrammed floral cartouche. The rim is detailed with a clean, classic beaded pattern. The lid opens smoothly to reveal a thick, brilliant crystal base decorated with deep, polished wheel-cut vertical panels.
The silver collar is clearly stamped with the maker's mark: "GORHAM STERLING B4 -27". Perfect as a statement piece for a vanity table, a luxury jewelry holder, or a striking addition to a collection of fine American silver.
