Rendered in delicate sanguine-toned linework, the composition depicts a fantastical classical procession centered around a figure crowned with an abundant basket of fruit and accompanied by playful putti. Dramatic rays extend across the composition, giving the work the wonderfully dreamlike quality associated with Dalí's graphic oeuvre.

This example comes from the limited second edition of 1,000 impressions and features Dalí's signature in the plate. The work is presented beneath glass with a wide neutral mat in a sleek gold-tone metal Kulicke frame, retaining the original Kulicke Frames, New York label on the reverse.
