cubic shapes run through this design, from the shade to the joint to the base plate. Probably the most striking detail of these bur designs is the fine perforation of the shades. A rectangular elongated perforation that refracts the escaping light and, when switched on, dissolves the cubic shape of the shade. The vertical rod is not mounted centrally on the base plate, but in a corner of the base plate. Joints on the shade and arm allow for countless adjustments.
