Their ebonized finish (now … Read more A sleek set of four dining chairs from mid-20th century France attributed to designer Charles Ramos. Their ebonized finish (now variably patinated to expose the beech underneath) gives definition to the subtle curves and angles of the petite chair frames. A Scandinavian influence in the silhouette feels modern, even cosmopolitan; the lightness and transparency complements a range of decorating or table styles. Frames remain solid and stable, however the chartreuse velvet upholstery on the comfortable seats is stained. We believe these to be in good condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
