The pedestal is formed from twin uprights with pierced latticework and scrolled flourishes, terminating in claw-like feet with subtle ball details. The oak top shows a strong ray-flake grain pattern, its golden tone contrasting with the weathered silver-gray patina of the ironwork. Originally intended for public or commercial spaces, this design balanced elegance with rugged durability, making it as practical as it was decorative. See less
