The paint in this piece has a metallic quality in some areas, possibly created with the addition of glitter - Heit frequently adds wax, pastel, graphite, and other materials to her work. This piece is firstly an abstract work, with line work that hints at the outline of a figure emerging from abstraction. Signed "STEPHANIE HeiT" in pencil in the lower right corner.
