A grand pair of mid-20th-century French Rococo Style pedestals, crafted with book-matched veneers and accented with satinwood stringing. Each pedestal features a flared, hour-glass silhouette accented by cast brass ormolu mounts, sabots on cabriole feet, and floral scrollwork trim. The flared tops are set with thick, square dark green marble plates with white veining. Impressive in scale at over 55 inches high, this pair creates a commanding statement for displaying busts, bronze sculptures, or porcelain urns.
