A Swedish Modern Model 203 folding stool designed by Uno & Östen Kristiansson for Luxus Vittsjö in the 1960s. Crafted in oak with an elegant X-frame construction and a light fabric seat, the stool folds flat for easy storage. The refined construction and functional folding design are characteristic of Scandinavian Modern furniture of the period. The form also recalls the tradition of Danish folding stools, including Kaare Klint's iconic Propeller Stool from the 1930s. This fine stool will complement many interior styles. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
