The tall, slender lamp body opens upwards to reveal a wide, flower-like shade. The highly textured surface of the light silk is particularly striking: numerous fine folds run along the entire body, condensing at the top into a vibrant, almost floral structure. This gives the lamp the appearance of a sculptural object even when switched off.

The shade is made of hand-worked silk stretched over a framework. The irregularly curved opening and the inward-facing folds create an organic, flower-like form. When switched on, the textile surface is illuminated from within, producing a warm, atmospheric light.

The elaborate craftsmanship of the silk is characteristic of Aqua Creations' lighting designs. Through the interplay of its transparent textile structure, sculptural folds, and impressive height of 160 cm, this design straddles the line between functional lighting and light sculpture.

Condition: The lamp is functional and in good vintage condition. The silk shade exhibits an age-related patina and slight discoloration. Overall, the lamp presents itself as a well-preserved piece with a beautiful, authentic patina.
