the design is strongly inspired by the aesthetics of the so-called "stilnovo" era, specifically reminiscent of models by the company lumenform, whose "lmf" logo inside the red shade identifies it as the manufacturer.

lumenform was an italian manufacturer that produced lamps in the style of gino sarfatti and angelo lelli during the 1950s and 60s – some independently, others inspired by the work of these renowned designers.

the lamp consists of three intersecting, slender metal struts, painted black at the bottom and capped with brass sleeves. These are anchored in a round black base with inlaid, decorative brass triangles, which lends the lamp an additional graphic accent.


the three swiveling lampshades are made of colored, lacquered aluminum sheet and each features a trumpet-like double-cone shape.

they are individually designed in color – one shade is striped in yellow and black, one in green and black, and one in red and black – giving the lamp a playful yet elegantly balanced appearance.

thanks to the ball joints, the shades can be individually adjusted and are each painted cream-colored on the inside to reflect the light pleasantly.

condition: the lamp is in good condition for its age, with visible signs of wear. There are some chips in the lacquer on the shades, particularly on the red and black one. The black lacquer on the lower struts shows minor scratches and patina. The brass parts are partially oxidized, which, however, gives the piece an authentic vintage character. The electrical components have been completely replaced, so all three bulbs are in perfect working order. Overall, this is a high-quality decorative original piece with authentic patina and functional integrity. With one exception, the lamps can be switched on and off independently.
