the table has a round yellow bakelite top with a black moulded bakelite rim and underside. The underside is marked rex – marque déposée – breveté s.g.d.g.

the tabletop is supported by a black cast-iron tripod base with geometric art deco detailing.

the table is in original vintage condition with visible signs of age and use. The base shows wear, paint loss and oxidation. The tabletop has surface marks and signs of use. A section of the black bakelite rim is missing, as shown in the photographs. The damage is mainly to the underside/edge and does not extend across the yellow tabletop surface.

suitable as a small bistro table, garden table, side table or occasional table.
