This Mid-20th century Turkish Anatolian gallery carpet presents a calm, spacious composition in a restrained palette of camel, sand, taupe, and ivory. Six large elongated lozenges are arranged in two vertical columns across the softly variegated field, each outlined with stepped geometric bands and centered by a smaller diamond motif with delicate hooked extensions. Two compact geometric devices occupy the central intervals, adding balance without interrupting the open design. Narrow side borders display a sequence of small abstract floral and geometric forms, while the upper and lower borders are marked by alternating square compartments. The subtle tonal contrast, generous spacing, and simplified drawing give the carpet an understated architectural character. Its elongated proportions and neutral coloring make it especially suitable for a gallery, dining room, library, loft, or long sitting area where a quiet geometric textile can introduce warmth, rhythm, and refined visual structure.
