Iconic Paul Evans Cityscape Desk - This desk reatures the designer's famous patchwood contruction in rich burl wood. The architectural design pairs a substantial rectangular writing surface with two pedestal bases. A highly collectible statement piece by one of the most important American furniture designers of the 20th Century. This piece offers amble storage space with a file cabinet drawer on the bottom right side, making it an ideal working desk. A rare opportunity to acquire an iconic Paul Evans design that functions beautifully as a working desk and sculptural focal point. The chrome back and side are original mirrored.
In overall excellent condition, one mark on the back side of the desk ( see last photo) and some light surface scratches to the top.
