Vintage framed reproduction of La Coqueta, after Spanish figurative artist José Puyet (1922–2004). The romantic interior scene depicts an elegantly dressed woman wearing a white flower in her dark hair, accompanied by a male figure holding a copper vessel.
The image is presented in a substantial, highly decorative dark brown frame featuring deeply molded scrolling foliage and a slender gold-tone inner border. A brass-tone title plaque reading “La Coqueta – Puyet” is mounted beneath the image. The warm gold, burgundy, brown, and muted neutral palette gives the piece an inviting Old World Spanish character.
The name “Puyet” appears at the lower right of the image. This appears to be part of the reproduced artwork and is not represented as a verified hand-applied signature. No certificate of authenticity or documented provenance is included. Based on currently available information, this piece is being offered as a decorative vintage reproduction after José Puyet, rather than as an authenticated original painting.
