This is a one-of-a-kind glass vessel, an artist's studio original, that works as a vase, urn, cachepot, or centerpiece bowl. The round, fishbowl-style form has a short flared neck. The exterior is finished in a hand-textured faux Tuscan stone treatment that reads as aged limestone or terracotta, with hand-applied gold leaf at the rim and shoulder and an asymmetrical panel of decoupaged hydrangea florals. The surface is sealed with a resin finish. The floral panels are a contemporary botanical print with no historical period.
