Probably from the 1850s, this has the original grain paint and the original wavy glass. It's one piece, with glass doors and shelves on the recessed top, a drawer, and 2-door cabinet with shelves on the bottom. The shelves have a mustard yellowish paint on the edges and a kind of shellac on the surface. The original grain paint is very in tact all over. You can see from the photos however that it sort gradiates to a lighter color at the bottom. If ever you wanted a cupboard in the country farmhouse vernacular, this is the one!
