The vases are made of iridescent, lustrous art glass. Depending on the light, the surface shimmers in metallic, oily hues of violet, blue, gold, bronze, and black, visually reminiscent of cooled volcanic rock, molten lava, or oxidized minerals.

The organic, bulbous shape (Double Bubble) features two interlocking curves at the base, reminiscent of anatomical or biomorphic contours.

The four vases are signed on the bottom and bear their serial numbers. Two of the vases retain their original labels.

These are three rare sizes with the following dimensions:
