The tabletop shows age-related wear and marks, particularly in the areas where the chairs and legs have contacted the table over the years. The set would certainly benefit from restoration if a cleaner, fully refinished appearance is desired, but it is also completely usable as it sits. One important condition note is that the table appears to have originally had a center support leg, which is no longer present. With all four leaves installed, the table extends to approximately 137.5 inches long, and at that length there is some noticeable bowing through the center without the additional support. One of the four table legs, clearly shown in the photographs, also has a crack that was previously re-glued. I do not know what type of adhesive was used, but the repair currently feels extremely sturdy and solid. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are considered part of the condition description, and feel free to ask any and all questions prior to purchase. less
