A highly collectible mid-century modern classic originally designed by Jens Quistgaard in 1956. The signature feature of Kobenstyle cookware is the sculptural cross-handle on the lid. This design allows the lid to double as a built-in trivet to protect your table when serving hot food. This is the larger 4-quart size model from the line. It is crafted from lightweight enameled steel, known for distributing heat quickly and evenly. Because it is vintage enamel, it requires hand washing to preserve the finish.
