This sink is in good condition for its 69 years with very white porcelain, and it looks nice from all angles. There is relatively light wear to be found and a few small chips; otherwise, all is fine. Top to bottom details: The top of the backsplash and running down the sides have the typical chipping along the back edge that was completely hidden from view before the caulking was removed. The vertical surface is in good shape with virtually no blemishes present. The horizontal surface where the faucet resided has some corrosion at the 1.5" holes and other marks. These were all underneath the faucet, thus not visible. The raised edge that runs around the basins is good overall. There are light scratches, a 0.2" chip at the front, right, and a few much smaller ones on the left side. Both basins are good for the age. There is light wear at the bottoms, original flanges that are lacking some chrome, and the sides on both are fine. The left one has a few small chips at the bottom, the largest measuring 0.1". The right basin has a shallow 0.3" chip at the top, front, toward the right, and a smaller, 0.09" one at the back, top. The bottom is about the same as the left side with just a few tiny chips. The largest of these is 0.1" in size. The bottom edges have light chipping that was hidden from view by the caulking and some normal wear above that. The bottom of the sink is now very good. There was corrosion along some outside edges that was removed with a grinder, and paint was applied to seal things up and preserve the bottom surface as it is now. Please see the pictures for further details.
