A wonderfully playful original period advertising poster by British illustrator Bob Lawrie for iconic French hosiery brand DIM.

Set against the brilliant blue of a swimming pool, a wonderfully improbable collection of brightly colored stocking-clad legs bursts through the water. Beach characters, accessories, and DIM-branded balls complete the scene, creating a witty and distinctly Pop Art vision of 1970s fashion advertising.

Signed **Bob Lawrie** within the printed composition, the design perfectly captures the exuberant visual language of the period, combining comic-book-inspired drawing, bold flat colors, fashion, and a touch of surreal humor.
