Beautifully molded in the shape of a textured leaf, the plate features a stunningly rich, high-gloss lead glaze. The center transitions from a sunny yellow heart into deep emerald-green veins, framed by a striking cream border and a bold magenta rim. Finished with a gracefully curled green branch. The underside features a uniformly smooth, slip-cast finish typical of the era, complete with an incised "N" inside a "C" monogram maker's mark used by Japanese exporters during the 1950s and 1960s. A gorgeous, functional accent piece perfect for serving small bites, displaying as a catchall, or adding to a curated Majolica plate wall collection. See less
