It has a traditional, bulbous utilitarian harvest jug shape featuring a single loop handle applied at the shoulder and a short, collared spout. It is enveloped in an authentic Southern alkaline glaze or wood-ash glaze. The finish showcases earth-toned brown and tobacco-amber hues with characteristic darker glaze runs and drips cascading down the vessel.

Decoration: Features subtle incised sine-wave or combed wave patterns wrapping around the neck shoulder, a signature decorative touch found in regional Southern Appalachian pottery traditions.
