A striking pair of Art Deco table lamps by French sculptor Max Le Verrier, dating from circa 1930.
Model: ''Délassement Lumineux'' (Original antique pair produced in 1930 not modern reproductions).
Each lamp features an elegant stylized female figure in Le Verrier's distinctive Art Deco aesthetic, finished with a beautiful green patina. The seated figures gracefully hold large opaline glass globes, creating a sculptural and atmospheric lighting effect.
Both sculptures are signed Max Le Verrier, confirming their authenticity. The figures are mounted on substantial gray marble bases, beautifully contrasting with the rich green patinated finish.
The lamps remain in good vintage condition with an attractive original appearance. There are some minor chips and signs of wear to the marble bases, consistent with age and use. Please refer to the photographs for further details regarding the condition.
