This mid-20th-century Turkish Anatolian long gallery carpet presents four large, vertically aligned medallions across a warm camel-brown field. Each octagonal form is built from concentric layers of rose, lavender, ivory, and deep brown, centered by a compact geometric device and finished with small pendant-like ornaments above and below. The alternating color schemes create a measured rhythm along the exceptional length, while the open field allows each medallion to remain clearly defined. A narrow sawtooth inner guard sharpens the composition, followed by a muted plum border carrying small rosettes, floral marks, and simple linear details. Dark outer bands provide further structure and contrast. Rooted in Anatolian tribal weaving traditions, the carpet combines bold geometry, restrained ornament, and coordinated color. Its long proportions and orderly sequence give it a strong architectural presence, bringing warmth, rhythm, and distinctive folk character to spacious traditional, eclectic, or contemporary interiors.
