Item: Inlaid Federal Style Buffet Sideboard by Councill Craftsmen Furniture.
Age & Condition: Circa 1990-2000. Good, with some light signs of age and use. Please see description and photos.
Dimensions: 72.5″ wide x 24.5″ deep x 48″ tall (39″ to buffet table height).
Absolutely beautiful inlaid sideboard with brass gallery. This lovely Federal style sideboard has so much pretty detail and design.
Inlaid Sideboard with Brass Gallery
Of course, this lovely inlaid sideboard with brass gallery mimics the finest craftsmanship of the 18th century. The sideboard has beautiful proportions, tall tapered federal legs and very elegant Hepplewhite style inlaid motifs. Of course, it also has beautiful flame mahogany doors, serpentine front, and lovely brass gallery that adds so much to this piece.
Finally, the piece has lovely brass hardware and a silverware felt lined drawer.
Councill Craftsmen Furniture
This sideboard by Councill Craftsmen Furniture shows very well and overall is in good condition. There are some light mars to the top that can be seen in bright or direct light. Also, there are a few light nicks to the legs and a small piece of missing inlay on the side. Please see photos.
