Children's novelty barber chair featuring a molded "Rodeo Rocky" fiberglass pony manufactured by Miracle Recreation Equipment Co., one of the leading American playground-equipment makers of the mid-20th century. Originally designed as a spring-ride playground fixture, this pony has been adapted for barbershop use and mounted securely to a heavy hydraulic stylist's base. The form-arched neck, flared mane, and characteristic saddle shape-matches Miracle's catalog imagery precisely.

The base construction and proportions are consistent with Emil J. Paidar Co. and Theo A. Kochs Co. hydraulic assemblies-the two most widely used professional barber-chair base manufacturers of the era-though the original maker's plate is partially illegible. Several details (oval tag shape, cylinder width, and hardware type) most closely resemble Paidar production.
