The lamp’s character is defined by its slender, chrome-plated metal frame, the black-lacquered metal shades, and its geometric design, which still conveys an extremely modern impression today.

The model features two separately adjustable lamp heads that can be positioned as needed, making it ideal for mood lighting or as a focused reading light. The contrast between the chrome-plated surfaces and the matte black lampshades is one of the most characteristic features of German design from this era.

The lamp comes with an original cord featuring two separate switches, allowing the light sources to be operated independently of one another. The sturdy, heavy metal base ensures a secure footing, while the slender design lends it an airy appearance.

Staff Leuchten was one of the most renowned German lighting manufacturers of the second half of the 20th century and became known for its high-quality, innovative, and timeless lighting fixtures. Today, its pieces are highly sought after by enthusiasts of vintage and mid-century design, as well as by collectors.
