An Exquisite George III silver candlestick, square shaped base, faceted and tapering socket mounted to baluster shaft. The stem with a circular knop and a fluted rectangular knop. Rope twist decoration to the base and capitals. Conforming shell cornered square shaped sconce.
This is the finest silver quality ever made, equalled only by Christofle & Ercuis Electro Plated on E.P.N.S. , a quality silver plated on Nickel Silver
