Raphael, M.D. Published in New York by D. Appleton and Company in 1890 (located at 1, 3, and 5 Bond Street), this volume is designated as part of the "Appletons' Medical Library" series. It represents the "Third American from the Eighth German Edition, Revised and Enlarged" and is illustrated by six lithographic plates. The reverse of the title page formally documents its publication history with copyright entries stretching across 1869 and 1885.
