This exquisite French porcelain plate offers an exceptional piece of early 20th-century ceramic artistry. Dated to 1909, this cabinet dish features twelve distinct geometric panels hand-painted with botanical study and surrounded by an ornate, heavy gilded rim with delicate scrollwork. This pattern heavily draws inspiration from prestigious historical European china styles, such as the famous Henriette pattern by Royal Copenhagen and earlier Meissen designs. There is a tiny red handwritten artist signature "DUCA" inside the inner gold ring of of the top-right panels indicating that it is hand painted. Display on an easel or add to a plate wall collection.
