Substantial in both scale and construction, these matching Kincaid chests measure an unusually generous 36 inches wide and 35 inches high each, offering significantly more presence and storage than a conventional nightstand.

Each chest features a rich dark wood finish, architectural molded top, fluted corner detailing, carved bun-style feet, decorative lower molding, and a pair of paneled cabinet doors with finely reeded center panels. Above the cabinet is a spacious drawer, along with a discreet pull-out tray tucked beneath the top — a particularly useful feature when used bedside.

The lower double doors open to reveal generous concealed cabinet storage. Original coordinating wood hardware and decorative keyhole details complete the traditional design.

The interiors retain the original Kincaid Solid Wood Furniture maker’s label.

Their unusually large proportions make these especially well suited to a king-size bed, where standard nightstands can often appear underscaled. They could also function beautifully as matching accent cabinets or small storage chests in a living room, library, or sitting room.
