Each medallion is built from stepped triangles and serrated outlines in ivory, charcoal, slate blue, coral, peach, brown, and muted olive, creating a vibrant mosaic-like effect. Smaller checkerboard diamonds project inward from the sides, while compact cruciform and hooked motifs punctuate the spaces between the principal forms.
