This mid-20th-century Turkish Anatolian runner presents a softly geometric composition arranged across a warm apricot, pale coral, and muted beige field. A vertical sequence of stepped medallions, angular lozenges, and compact cruciform devices creates a measured rhythm along the narrow format. Paired block-like motifs in dark brown, ivory, pink, and soft grey appear between the larger central forms, while scattered diamonds and tiny abstract accents enliven the surrounding ground. Narrow side borders carry repeating triangular elements in blush, tan, and grey, and striped kilim-style bands finish both ends with a subtle horizontal counterpoint. The restrained palette and simplified drawing give the runner a distinctly modern quality while remaining rooted in Anatolian village weaving traditions. Its elongated proportions make it especially suitable for a hallway, gallery, bedroom passage, or alongside a long console, where the pattern can provide warmth, movement, and architectural continuity with ease.
