These mixed-media collages are created by pasting vibrant bird feathers directly onto a dark hand-painted background. Framed in a hand-carved rustic wooden frames typical of Mexican folk art and protected under glass. These have been disassembled and cleaned prior to reattaching the glass.
Great kitsch in a small dose. The pair made to oppose each other.
