A magnificent complete 19th-century French Rococo Revival walnut bedstead, originally imported from France. Purchased directly from a San Francisco dealer.
Features a dramatic high footboard with raised cartouche trim, sweeping side rails, and a towering headboard capped with an intricately hand-carved openwork crest. The main panels feature striking bookmatched walnut veneer framing deep, warm mahogany/walnut undertones.
