Pre-Columbian Style Zoomorphic Pottery Vessel Effigy for your consideration. The item measures approx. 4 inches tall, 8 inches long and 6 inches wide. Possibly Prehistoric, Mesoamerican, Northern Mexico (Chihuahua), Casas Grandes (Paquime), ca. 1250 to 1450 CE. Puebloan era. Ramos Polychrome, Zoomorphic mouse-like rodent figure, bulbous body with a petite face at one end and a downward-curved tail at the other. Four small protruding appendages. Very good displayable condition. Shows wear commensurate with age and use. Small tight crack to one side that extends down from top lip. Several dark discolorations, mainly to the back and the side with the crack. Condition issues are not overly noticeable except under close examination. See photos. Displays interesting!
