A handsome looking Chinese Chippendale style bamboo console or altar table, c.1900
Having a bleached out smooth wood rectangular top, below which is an intricate geometric fretwork bamboo front apron. Supported on each end with matching fretwork supports. Good overall condition with joints glued and tightened, making for a rigid structure. All fretwork intact. Recently waxed and polished.
