This elegant Mid-Century Modern vase features a tall, slender trumpet-form body in vivid orange glass, beautifully contrasted by a substantial clear glass base decorated with controlled air bubbles. The orange glass extends dramatically upward into a flared, asymmetrical rim, while clear glass accents along the edge create wonderful optical effects as the piece catches the light.
The combination of saturated orange, clear glass and controlled bubble detailing is characteristic of Scandinavian studio glass of the period and gives the vase a particularly sculptural presence. Its elongated proportions make it equally appealing displayed empty as an art glass object or holding a single flower or small botanical arrangement.
